hi, sorry for a question with my first post but please answer if you can. my lad and his mate have 2 tickets for chelsea v newcastle on sunday, first time in the shed so very excited about it. however his mate (both members) can no longer make it, can another mate step in and use his ticket who is not a member? also tickets did not arrive (first time in two years) so will have to collect from box office- phined them and they said they will both need I.d. which of course one lad will not have that matches a membership card. one lad covered for a my mates ticket once before but it's not something we're in the habit of. what do you think, my lad is pretty upset at the mo as he doesn't think he can make the last home game and first shed entry, cheers jase (connor's (member) dad)

If you have the tickets then anyone can walk in with them, so the mate who's a non-member wouldn't have any problem with that.

I've not really had any experience with collecting tickets from the box office so I don't know on that front. That sounds like it might be trickier.

cheers for replying, apparently only one I.d. from who the tickets were sent to is adequate, so all should be cool. 3 different answers on the switchboard about what was needed to pick up tickets on the day.

My seat is Upper tier, row 9 seat 154 (Gate 4 on the card thing but closer to gate 5)
