LOL! That did make me chuckle.
The point was more the fact that Liverpool fans started this chant for their useless Spanish manager - note that the Ancelotti/La Bamba song was not sung at Anfield when we stuffed them at the weekend (although I suppose all those that have told me to not bother attending games if I don't like a particular song would have known that as I presume they were up there on Sunday like I was).
The most annoying thing is that I find myself humming along to this bloody song so it's not as if it isn't catchy.... and the irony was that Didier Drogba and Frank Lampard scored against the Scousers too.
I just wish for a bit more originality with our songs. I simply won't bother singing along with it - just as I choose not to sing along to songs I find offensive or inappropriate (eg chanting 'Easy' or mocking the opposition when we are only 1-0 up).
Glad it stirred up some mass debate though!

Heard it for the first time against Wigan in the MHU and tbh mate I can't really see it catching on too much. It took me a good few minutes to realise what the words are and then it was hard to stay in time. I expect, like on Sunday, 'CARLO CARLO CARLO' will become his chant.
