Santos president claims Shakhtar Donetsk's Willian is Chelsea bound
The Blues reportedly tried to sign the midfielder during the January transfer window but it now seems that they have a deal in place to sign him in the summer
Santos president Luis Alvaro de Oliveira Ribeiro has claimed that Shakhtar Donetsk's Willian will join Chelsea in the summer.

According to Ribeiro, the Club World Cup finalists made a move for the Brazil international only to discover that they could not compete with the money on offer from the Premier League outfit.
"We gave up because of a proposal that they [Shakhtar] received from Chelsea," the Santos supremo is quoted as saying by Jornal da Manha.
"It was an offer of tens of millions of euros. It seems that he will go there in the middle of the year.
"We tried [to take him] on loan until the end of the year, but it did not work out."
Willian was repeatedly linked with a move to Stamford Bridge during the January transfer window but Blues boss Andre-Villas Boas then stated that the club were unlikely to continue their pursuit of the player.
The 23-year-old Willian, who has been capped twice by his country, joined Shakhtar from Corinthians in 2007 and has been linked with a number of top European clubs over the past 12 months.
interesting if true but would surely mean no hazzard.... unless we get both!

But this really isn't reliable. Wasn't this the same Santos president that claimed 5 teams met Neymar's release clause? Plus like CFF said even if he's telling the truth it doesn't exactly mean a deal has been done though that's pretty likely

five teams probably did meet his buy out clause; the player didn't want to go. There's been a shift in Brazilians, a lot of them want to play at home in preparation for the 2014 world cup. Also this nonsense belief that the Brazilians playing in europe don't care as much for the shirt as those that are playing in brazil.
As it stands though, Neymar is already paid a lot of money to play in Brazil and he is god right now, why leave? How could it conceivably get any better for a 19 year old

Every single "Agreement" has came from them same quotes that imo dont mean anything just that he was unable to bring him on loan because we offered bigger money
