So if Chelsea dont think a player is worth what the selling club is asking, this constitutes complaining?

Thats not what I mean. In recent interviews etc there has been a lot of talk about it. for me Willian is worth at least 21m we offered 16.

In the fact of spend what we earn. How can we spend a good amount if we sell Anelka and Alex for practically 0.

I thought Alex had 18 months? But yeah, we won't get much money for players who've handed in transfer requests.

not much is fair enough but we paid 5/6 million for Benayoun. who is off lesser ability than Anelka imo of similar ages.

How come Man City is still expecting big money when Tevez is set on leaving? Didn't Modric hand in transfer request too?

How are Man City's attempts to sell him for a large amount going? Modric had/s three/four years left on his contract. Spurs had him over a barrel.

Good point. I think the persepctive buyers are playing hardball as they know Tevez is desperate to leave and is a dead weight to City. If City are so stubborn over this, they will end up stuck with a player who doesnt play with a transfer value that declines day by day. By the summer window he wouldnt have kicked a ball in almost a year competitively.

Hopefully City will sue Tevez for millions the same way we did to Mutu.

Now you put it this way its possible they haven't overly complained. maybe I can word it better in future. I'm more disappointed with our activity in selling good players for practically nothing and in some cases failing to bid correct and fair prices or buying people of similar age to alex and anelka for over 5 million which was more than we got combined for Anelka and Alex. it just annoys me a lot.
