While we're about it, I wonder why the previous owner of the site, Treasury Holdings, made a donation worth 23000 Euros to the Conservative Party and whether that might have had any effect on their obtaining planning permission from Wandsworth to develop the site. Was Lister in charge of Wandsworth Council at that time?
