In case of Chelsea, I would say after 3-4 years. Even if the lad moves after 1-2 years, it's hard to imagine him getting proper chances here before he's 22-23. Maybe Zoric's club can take him for couple of years, like Courtois(though I doubt Zoric would like that, who wants to be a feeder club to others) :D

linked again. very interesting player, lots of serbians see him as most talented player in league and he is fast, agile and has good dribbling. his highlight videos show how fast and aware he is but supposedly technique wise he is not up to par, relies too much on being much faster then many in his league. 6 goals in 15 league appearances is good for a 17 year old. although I think he might be coming too early he is a right footed player and I think maybe 1-2 years just improving technique and team interplay with English lessons could improve him alot, then hopefully a loan to a team in netherlands.

14 million is serious cash but hopefully its dependent on success because I think he is a great player, very quick.
