And you know this how? He's been quoted as saying he'd fallen out with Dein and that felt let down by Arsenal. He's already a millionaire and could get a very good new contract from Arsenal if he stayed. He turned down Madrid, who could offer easily as much if not more than us. I say this not as an AC fan (although I am), but as someone who is sick of people making rash judgements of players values purely becuase they get paid a lot. Does it not occur to anyone that we can actually attract these players now because we're the best team in England and one of the best in Europe? At the level we're at, money isn't as much of an issue for players.

At least give him a chance.

Spot on, that fan in the crowd thing CFCnet do with some London radio show phoned me yesterday, they asked me whether I was looking forward Cole's debut and I said I'd only cheer him if he broke his legs. They asked me if I thought other Chelsea fans agreed with this I said only a few, I wasn't too sure if they did but I guess so.

Why do people forget that he dived against us AFTER the tapping up meeting, threw his toys out the pram that he didn't get a penalty, lie the whole f***ing time and generally act like a p****.

There was actually a song at the bottom, but the mod didn't leave it on, I'm not suprised actually.

Well, I've read the Times serialisation and I can only assume that now he's a Chelsea player he's excused.
