Maverick Report post Posted April 3, 2010 Man of the Match: Michael Mancienne. The on-loan Chelsea player was a rock in his defensive central midfield role. The 22-year-old made several crucial tackles but his great performance proved to be in vain.Source - Sky SportsSaw most of the game and Wolves were a man down for a good 30 mins or so and boy did Mancienne step up during the hours of crisis. Having seen him play for the past few weeks its pretty evident that his ability to break up play and read the game has got better wiht experience under his belt. A MOTM performances against Pool and Arsenal is a fair indication that he can play in this league against top opponents and its just a matter of time for him to gather the required experience. The block right at the end was amazing. Well done Michael.

Sciatika Report post Posted April 4, 2010 Cork was brought on from the bench and suddenly Burnley looked a good deal more solid in the midfield. Assist for Burnley's goal. A number of their fans are giving him MoM from their team.http://boards.footymad.net/forum.php?tno=104&fid=297&sty=2&act=1&mid=2122147077
