Some are getting a bit carried away with this result against a terrible team that know their fate already. To say we are better off without Lukaku while he still remains our top scorer doesn’t make much sense to me. People are far too quick to forget his performances earlier in the season against much better opposition. He would have scored for fun yesterday. Look at our performances last season against mid table opposition, people kept saying we need a no.9 to make a difference. We finally buy one who has been making a difference and now we look better without him?  You just can’t please some people.

To be honest it's a huge relief to finally win a game against poor opposition comprehensively. It's actually our 4th biggest win in PL history, I was surprised it had been so long but our last win of this magnitude was 8-0 vs Villa in December 2012. The other 2 were 7-0 vs Stoke and 8-0 Wigan, the last 2 home games of the 2010 season. I was at all 4 games :)

So while you could argue, "it's only Norwich", on the other hand why is it so rare to do? There have been teams as bad as this in the last 8 years.

He performed well against an extremely bad, injury ravaged Arsenal and ok against Spurs. Apart from those games, he has looked exactly the same  Lukaku who played for Utd, and the player that 99% of their fanbase couldnt't wait to see the back of. We've paid a ton of money for him and will give him way more time than he's worth, but I will bet my home we'll do the same as Utd and give up on him and look to move him on by the of next season.

Some teams could just make it 3-0 and save their legs for the next game. It just depends on the situation and whether the players are looking at the next game as more important. Goal difference is important but I can understand why some players would put the breaks on and save their legs. Also yesterday I think CHO and Mount played like they had something to prove. If they were already on form I don’t think they would have put the same amount of energy into that game.

People will keep on seeing him as the same player that played for Man U and I couldn’t really care about that but the truth is he’s been our best attacker so far this season. If you’re saying we look better without our best attacker then you may as well criticise every other attacker and say we look better without them in the team. The Malmo and Norwich games were walk in the parks from the 1st min. Our previous games have not been that easy. I wont get carried away by anything I have seen in the past two games.

Well mate, he certainly wasn't good. And he's been that way for quite a while.

Indeed it is.

I'm arguably in the minority I know, but I simply think that he's overrated. And greedy.

I won't mention this, I promise!

Are you Ross Barkley in disguise?

Taking Both penalties was greedy.

0-4 now at h/t

Don't worry, Ronaldo will tell them all what for at h/t and they'll come back and win.  That is how it works when I want them to lose.
