That was as comprehensive a 1-0 as it comes. We were never in the game. Never at any moment. We weren’t even close.

Don’t know what Tuchel was thinking with his line up before the game. We’re still in a battle for fourth place so every game matters. But that was throwing in the towel. Really poor stuff.

As for Lukaku. We’ve gone backwards with his signing. It’s going to hold us back now for a couple of seasons until we find a replacement. What a terrible waste.

More than a little surprised we did not bring on Havertz on 70 mins, Lukaku was unable to hold the ball up. Seems once again we have bought a clanger.

The ref seemed reluctant to book any of them and certainly Foden fouling Kova's attempted break in the first should have been yellow.

Ziyech had a shooting  chance in the 2nd, just wish it had fallen to Alonso behind him.

Sar is looking like he might become a regular first team player.

Not sure what to say about our front men who could not put Lukaku in though at least once or twice Lukaku should have done better,

We were never in it in truth, but we were never under siege - it says to me we are close - a player or two will make all the difference - chin up.

He was dreadful. As were Pulisic, Ziyech and Werner. Don't remember Lukaku winning a header.

Yeah, not sure whats the issue, but Laporte won all the headers, easily.

That's a joke. They loaned two players out last week!

Yep and Xhaka got himself suspended, so if they don’t have enough first team players, it’s entirely on them, not covid.

The double standards by the people who govern our league are beyond a joke.

Front 3 were all wrong today. But TT chops and changes them so of course they’re not going to play well in one match.

we need to clear a lot of players in the summer and I include Zyech and Pulisic. I also don’t think Lukaku was a TT signing.

As noted above, we were never in the match. What a shame. Last season we were all over them and today we couldn’t string 5 passes.

Brighton away now on Tuesday.

On another note, Arsenal’s request to postpone their match against the Spurs has been accepted. I’m sorry, but this is not on

You say, that but better decisions in the final third and we could have easily have scored. We made a mess of virtually every attack

Yes, there were so many spaces to attack and put balls through. Never happened though

Not sure who ''these'' players are because I've seen us collapse in the Christmas/new year period over various different squads and managers. Its just something in the water at Cobham.

At least those teams had a serious title challenge in them. 5 years since our last title challenge. We can not even make it February without being blown away. Unacceptable.

Didn't see the game but listened on the radio. From my perspective we were as far from it as we were at the Bridge. How the hell we beat them in the CL final is beyond me on these showings. The ethos TT sent them out, in both games, seemed to be "ooh you're so great we can only hope to beat you on the break". Basically Pep has learned and we have not. Droy may come on here spouting some meaningless statistics about how close 1-0 is but that was a comprehensive a 1-0 as I've seen since.....ohh, say the game at the Bridge.

Two steps forward, one step back. Not good.

That is shocking.

They will extend the season after May, you’ll see.

This honestly appalling. Arsenal comfortably beat a Leeds team about a month ago that was cobbled together and full of kids and Leeds had no choice but to play, Arsenal release first team squad players on loan, get a player suspended and that’s enough for them to get it postponed.

The whole thing has gone beyond a joke now and those in charge are just making it up as they go along, however they want to.

Wolves today have 3/4 kids on the bench, so why couldn’t Arsenal do that?!
