Mark Kelly Report post Posted April 24 Brilliant from Lukaku to win the penalty , absolutely dreadful penalty from Jorginho who since he was introduced has , done a no look pass into nowhere , ignored an easy pass down the outside channel to Lukaku choosing instead to pass two yards across the pitch and missing a penalty .
