It was good in the CL. It’s never been good in the PL. We haven’t ever good looked good at attacking in this formation in the PL.

Knew we would struggle, we cannot carry on with this system for much longer, hope we ditch it in the next couple of weeks.

Alonso and Hundon Odoi are out best wingbacks. Chilwell and James just don't know what positions to take up in attack and don't have the ability 1v1. Alonso might not have the pace, but a fullback knows that if the ball is on the right and it gets crossed in that he is a danger in both the air and on the volley; Chilwell has an almost zero level threat.

Kante just showed the perfect example of the lack of ability. He got in the box and stopped the ball dead, and looked backwards when a first time ball across the six yard box was the only thing he needed to do; but his feet looked muddled up.
