  1. Didier Drogba

Fully agree same goes for Ballack, the way he was chasing the referee after Eto hand-balled, I was sure he was going to kick his ass like he fully deserved. The ref was an absolute disgrace, and Chelsea should really file an appeal as well as a lawsuit against the referee and UEFA for money lost because of those poor decisions. That was the absolute worst performance I ever saw!!!!!
  2. Didier Drogba

the way his free kicks look right now Lampard has no place taking set pieces
  3. New Kits

quote:Originally posted by The RefTwo games into the campaign and the new ‘European’ kit has yet to make an its debut. I sincerely hope that this was not a marketing ploy to get us to purchase a new (albeit nice) third strip under the pretence of it being the exclusive ‘European’ kit. Maybe someone from the Blue Towers read this forum and realised how unpopular the BLUES winning the cup in BLACK would be…… id="quote"> id="quote">We played it in the Premiership already, when we played Blackburn
  4. Ashley Cole

quote:Originally posted by DP89How difficult is it for someone at Chelsea to put on the website: Cole Signs, or Cole doesnt Sign? id="quote"> id="quote">and What happened in the end with Huth
  5. Ashley Cole

quote:Originally posted by Robin Dyerquote:Originally posted by nicholasobe If Gallas leaves, then the Huth deal will be pulled for obvious reasons. id="quote"> id="quote"> If Gallas leaves Huth will still leave. Chelsea and Middlesbrough have already got the paper work ready, Kenyon just needs to sign. If Chelsea go back on their agreement with Boro that will show a total lack of class. It won't happen. id="quote"> id="quote">Well they have 50 minutes to complete the deals
  6. Didier Drogba

quote:Originally posted by Droggersquote:Originally posted by BluEbOy90if he doesnt live up to the level that we need from him, then he may not feature in a Chelsea shirt after next season again. Just my opinion, which many of you probably wont agree with. id="quote"> id="quote"> He probably will never live up to the level you need him, because your level is quite ridiculous. Just because we paid 24 mil for him doesn't mean he should dribble the ball from end to end and score. We put so much pressure on him, we boo him etc and yet expect him to win the WFOY. If he does well in 3 games in a row, and doesn't maintain that level for the 4th game, we all go back to the tired old abuses. We have to ask why he has not consistently been able to show the form he showed for Marseille and currently shows for his country for us. Maybe because of the weight of expectations and pressure on him, and he certainly wouldn't be enjoying the experience, hence poorer performances. id="quote"> id="quote">People need to relise that the the value of a player we buy is probably half of what we pay for him, for example we paid for Paulo Ferreira 20 million, anyone believe he's worth that sum of money????? just to prove the point before we approached Porto about him, Man U approached them and were told 9 million, so if we bought Drogba for 24 think that any other club would have gotten him for 12
  7. Salomon Kalou

Actually the Clubs have reached an agreement, but the player has yet to agree on personal terms, and still needs to pass a medical, I also wonder what it means, with Kalou we now have 5 Strikers, or 4 if you don't count Cole, now with all probabilty Sheva is coming, so even if Guddy and Cole leaves we still have 4 Strikers, and even if Crespo leaves we have 3, I get the feeling that We are gonna start with 2 players on top next season, and the fact that Cole got offered a new deal, and JM rates SWP to shine next season, I don't think Duff and Robben will stay as I see us playing a narrow diamond like so -----Make------ Essien---Lampard -----Ballack----- with Cole the one in rotation with those 4 I see no other reason for us Buying 2 new Strikers, unless, Crespo and Drogba both leave, or Kalou will be loaned back to Feyenoord for one season do get his Dutch citizenship
  8. Didier Drogba

quote:Originally posted by Toby Brown"In fact, he blames his mediocre goal tally - just 10 in the Premiership-winning campaign - on the system used by Mourinho. And he says that no other world-class striker would "defend like a maniac" for the sake of his team. Drogba also claims: He was the reason that Frank Lampard and Joe Cole shone last season." id="quote"> id="quote">OHHHHHH SHUT THE HELL UP ****ing whiner, Chelsea Strikers were told they have to defend ever since Vialli was Manager, it was done less under CR, but when Vialli was in charge the strikers defended just as much as Drogba, that includes Zola, Flo, and Vialli himself, it's being done that way also in most Italian teams so Drogba should stop whining The only thing I do agree that ever since the Bayern games we used the long balls too much, and in the premiership, that was really useless as Drogba couldn't bear Premier League Center Backs at long ball passes
  9. New Kits

I like it, check out the Long sleeve shirt, and the GK shirt us awsome
  10. Didier Drogba

I think we can now say, we're in business!!
