  1. Musical Tastes

I quite like the new Eminem album (3AM, Hello, Deja Vu and Insane are all decent) - Somewhat a return to form after Encore, but not up to the standards of Marshall Mathers LP The new Q-Tip album is good
  2. New Kits

I really didn't like the new kit when the press photos were released, and all the gumpf about it looking lik ebody armour put me off even more. Anyway after seeing it in the Flesh/cloth...I 'quite' like it
  3. New Kits

Looks like Tony The Tiger at a rave
  4. Michael Essien

    On official site too
  5. Ashley Cole

....but as other results do not go their way they are relegated anyway! Well, we might aswell go the whole hog!
  6. Didier Drogba

As the focal point of nearly all our attacks, he absolutely has to play, and if he gets a yellow so be it. I was disappointed with Carragher and Aggerdo-do-do trying to get Drogs booked but other than that I thought the game was played in a decent spirit with great respect for the most part. Shame the same can't be said for some of their fans...
  7. Michael Essien

Maybe he'd just woken up at 5am to get to training nice and early?
  8. Michael Essien

That's if it's true of course. Remember Eider had a similar thing against him a while ago that was thrown out. And being cynical about our boys in blue, seeing in young black man in an expensive Range still happens.
  9. Didier Drogba

Only Drogs and Ronaldo with a real chance to win it though. The rest of the list is irrelevant. Ronaldo will win it...the lady boy, one-trick pony, cheating, diving, goofy, cross-dressing toss pot. Just because he's been excellent this season doesn't mean I have to like him.
  10. Didier Drogba

Because he's quite good at them
  11. Salomon Kalou

Harsh. I thought Ballack had a very good game, and Sheva was decent 2nd half too. Not yet convinced about Kalou. He is supposed to have bags of pace and skill but I have not yet seen much of either. Good finish for the goal, but also booked for a senseless handball and gave away needless free-kicks. He has potential but the jury is still out. (He was infinitely more affective than SWP though.....but that's for another thread).
  12. Didier Drogba

If I had to choose a player other than Super Frank, I'd give them to Ballack. I've never seen him take anything other than a perfect penalty.
  13. Didier Drogba

Found this tucked away on the Beeb website Ivory Coast's Didier Drogba has pledged to promote the fight against HIV/Aids in his role as a United Nations goodwill ambassador. On Wednesday, the Ivorian captain and Chelsea star was named a goodwill ambassador for the United Nations Development Programme. The 28-year-old will receive symbolic earnings of one dollar per year for his work in the UNDP's anti-poverty campaign. "I have been given opportunities to succeed in life, but I constantly think about the ones who did not have this chance," Drogba said. "We all need to contribute to help defeat poverty." The West African will focus in particular on the fight against HIV/Aids in Africa and the need to change male attitudes on the continent. "As a man and a role model for many young boys in Africa, I will do my best to promote the right messages to other men and boys to stop the pandemic," he said. Drogba is the latest high-profile footballer to join the UNDP, following in the footsteps of Brazil's Ronaldo and Frenchman Zinedine Zidane. Godd work Drogs
  14. Ashley Cole

    [1] ARE [2] YOU [3] MENTAL [4] ?
  15. Michael Essien

No-one on this planet is worth £24million but that's another issues. Our best player this season by a country mile
