  1. Has Oscar been officially unveiled as a CFC player yet, I don't recall seeing him with shirt held aloft etc.
  2. Cheers, I forgot about TOCWS!!!!!!! Right time to go home, my brain isn't working.
  3. Is this confirmed? I really wish Hutch the best, I thought he was a player of huge potential and to come back from what he has done shows great character, if he goes I hope he stays injury free and has a blinding season.
  4. This is important when discussing a right back because................(this wasn't meant to sound so serious btw!!)
  5. I think he still has two, possibly two and a half years left but he did once have quite a bad cruciate ligament injury, but seeing as he's 22 and knocking at the international door I don't really understand, unless OM really are desperate for cash, even so there are hardly an abundance of RBs around and most clubs could afford 8-10M€ I would have thought.
  6. For him that's the dodgiest part!!! So is Ivan, Azpilicueta, Todd/Hutch an improvement on Ivan, Bos, Paulo ?
  7. Watch *INSERT ANY PLAYER NAME* vs Brighton and you will leave unimpressed.
  8. Blimey!! Not wrong but surprising.
  9. That was not so supposed, the guy is a branleur.
  10. Definately the right player but not necessarily the right memory. A bit like Morecombe & Wise's Andre Previn moment.
  11. I must be getting old, I thought it was Liverpool because of the Irish links, mind you I could just have completely made it up and then believed myself, I'm quite convincing sometimes.
  12. Sorry, should have held off and read this first, apologies.
  13. Duff not a superstar? Opinions are opinions and mine are different but I think he was, at least until he did his shoulder in, he never really came back from that and we let him go at the right time. In partnership with Robben he made Chelsea unstoppable, they blended pace with skill and trickery, they swapped wings and messed with defenders heads, if both or started the defenders didn't know where to look, if one started then once the defence was knackered the other inevitably came on, they were superstars. When we had a defensive crisis or our own Duff even played admirably at left back, to me at any rate he was a superstar and that was cemented when he refused to join Liverpool and instead plumped for Newcastle. However you are correct, he improved upon joining us and there is no reason why (assuming he arrives) Moses can not do similar.
  14. Age has no bearing. Remender that match, it still sends shudders down my spine now. Kanu only had one knee and half a heart, he was also 73, but was quite handy. Give Moses a chance IF he joins, atleast afford him the opportunity to impress or fail in trying to.
  15. We don't even own him, we own a percentage of his rights, any other connection to him is tenuous at best, what's being discussed, in the Cesar thread admittedly, are the potential consequences to Hutchinson and Kane.
