I honestly have no idea what you are talking about, and stop taking this so seriously. It's an internet forum, not the houses of parliament.

Where's the personal attack? In any case, I disagree because Kroos has a fantastic passing range, he has great composure and a very good technique. He's young and given the contract situation available for what is a good price in nowadays market.

Your darling Ramires isn't even worth one third of that, and you generally don't seem to have very god judgment concerning football players, so rest assured that Kroos really is good :) No offence, but my advice to you would be to actually watch Kroos a few times you'll get a better idea of him - and football in general :)

Hopefully this means we got someone better in the pipeline because Costa doesn't appeal to me at all.

Di Maria isn't any better than Willian and with Schürrle and Salah on the bench this position is covered well enough.

Weren't they banned or fined or something? I'm pretty sure they're not in the position anymore to throw around silly money, and at a lower offer, I can't see any player choosing City over other major clubs.

I've taken a closer look at Pogba a few times during the World Cup and whilst he is certainly a talented midfielder, 60m seems like it's 40 too much. 20m seems to be more appropriate, especially if we take Hazard's 32m as a benchmark. Agree or disagree, but I am 100% sure our club won't pay 60m for him - even if he or his agent begged for an offer from us! As long as there's a remote chance of signing Kroos, we should focus on him.

Well as I say, when it comes to hoping, then I hope you're right, but when it comes to thinking about it rationally, I highly doubt it. Then again, I'd have never expected Fabregas to sign for us either ;)

Kroos one the other hand has a remote chance of happening, even though it's very unlikely. Having said this, Kroos would be a terrific signing and a supermassive upgrade on a certain number 7.

Hoping and genuinely believing are two different things. I am not an avid follower of transfer rumours merry-go-round but I can recall Juventus saying they won't sell and Pogba saying he won't leave. Moreover, 60m isn't the kind of money we throw around these days, especially not for a 21 year old.

People who genuinely believe we will sign Pogba are deluded. Simples as.

I've still not given up hope that we won't sign Costa after all...and £35 million on Mangala? I genuinely doubt that.

Did anyone see Ramires' performance after he was subbed in for Brazil yesterday? I stand by my words, I will never understand how this person has made it into CFC's & Brazil's squad. Very, very poor display by an average player. In any case, Kroos would be a huge improvement on him and with Kroos, Fabs and Matic we'd have the right balance between passing, skill, composure and defensive abilities. Plus it would allow us to drop Oscar, or at least not rely on him as our playmaker so much. I gave Oscar lots of benefit of the doubt, but I am starting to think that he might not turn into the massive player we all want him to be after all.

To be honest, I'd rather take Kroos. He is said to be cheaper (assuming Pogba would cost anywhere close to the 60m that are rumoured) and his distribution of the ball has been impressive for Germany so far, while he's also been reliable going back.

United massively overpaying, but since it's them the press is calling it 'rebuilding', whereas we'd by accused of 'ruining football', had we done the same. In any case, it will make their failure all the sweeter. I honestly don't believe they are getting great value for money.
