We therefore assume that these photos are fakes. id="quote"> id="quote"> Jez I know you are sworn to secrecy on the colour but do you know if it will be worn for all Champions league games except for colour clashes? id="quote"> id="quote">I'm sure Jez can tell us which teams we will colour clash against?? ;)
  2. Ashley Cole

  3. Ashley Cole

Yeah, It will be great to have 3 Coles on the same team. Ashley is a great Left Back, but If he does come, who would we let go? Wayne or Asier?
  4. Didier Drogba

    Certainly...Thanks Chris!!
  5. Didier Drogba

  7. Michael Essien

quote:Originally posted by wackoMaybe it's just because it's them, but I'd hate to see one of our players giving the Manchester Bucaneers an interview. id="quote"> id="quote">I enjoy it...They have no one else to interview so they interviewed our Essien...Maybe they should have interviewed Keane again. ;D That would be enjoyable!
  8. Michael Essien

    Not a bad interview...humble.
  9. Michael Essien

quote:Originally posted by A-Worthingtonquote:Originally posted by Matt ConnellanTrouble is Joe can't seem to kick it over 25 yards without a deflection! id="quote"> id="quote"> Classic!! 5 thumbs up!! LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!! On a serious note, there currently isn't a single English player in the mould of Joe Cole, he's a gem. I have my money on him to be the MOTM against ManU. id="quote"> id="quote">Him and maybe a certain Frank Lampard..
  10. Michael Essien

quote:Originally posted by Matt Connellanquote:Originally posted by KalAgreed. He should leave the long distance shots to Lampard, Joey, and Robben (when he's on form). Just stick to winning the ball and distributing it Essien, and leave the goals to the goalscorers. id="quote"> id="quote"> Trouble is Joe can't seem to kick it over 25 yards without a deflection! id="quote"> id="quote">Well everyone knows how lethal Joey's shot is so they try their best to get in the way..which is as equally dangerous!
  11. Didier Drogba

quote:Originally posted by Richard RedmondBy the way, at the rate he's going, it's Lamps for the Golden Boot this year! id="quote"> id="quote">A midfielder for the golden boot? When did that happen last? Shame on the strikers of the Premiership!! Shame on teams who claim to play attacking, flowing football!!
  12. Michael Essien

Essien could have put in a third easily if he had just placed the ball to the right of Friedal...
  13. Gianfranco Zola

quote:Originally posted by jmsmithTo remember one Saturday evening in Sydney when Chelsea played Wimbledon in the FA Cup. Zolas goal was just sublime Going across the face of goal, a backheel turn and a stunning shot into the corner. Great Stuff. id="quote"> id="quote">One of the most magical goals I've seen... and Yes Matt, Lamp's swivel shot was wonderful...But I've seen better from Lampard. Anyone up for a draw....Western style? *Puts hand on holster* *Squints eyes and grits teeth with determination* *wind blowing in background* *whispers...* Go ahead....make my day..
  14. Gianfranco Zola

I go for the Norwich backheel...As great as everyone makes out the swivel shot to be it doesn't impress me that much..But Zola's backheel...MAGIC!!
  15. Michael Essien

If Essien would have been sent off, it would have put Chelsea under unnecessary pressure. Essien has to learn to play focused football with the main priorities in perspective. Hopefully this will not reoccur and let's all move on.. Can someone lock this thread??
