  1. Ashley Cole

I would quite like a fairly talented youngster to learn off Bridge and play occasionally. I think this is a good move by the club and hopefully they'll know where to draw the line on other transfers in future too.
  2. Didier Drogba

It would be nice if he could prove all of his critics wrong after he was unfairly singled out last season.
  3. Didier Drogba

I don't think many strikers could actually play Dider's role alone upfront. Take Crespo for example, he's one amasing striker with another central upfronter but on his own he can't get many goals. I you brought Adriano, Sheva and Henry to Chelsea with the system we play I don't actually think any of them would score more than about 10 goals in the Prem. Given the chance to play in a 4-4-2 for a season I think Drogba could come in the top 2 scorers, in my view he is just that good.
  4. Frank Arnesen

At least we didn't use a hotel this time...
  5. Michael Essien

Is that the only game you've watched him play? Because every player has a bad game. I, myself haven't seen him play but judging from other people's comments he's quite good normally.
  6. Chelsea Finances Thread

The people who write those rubbish anti-Roman articles should really ask themselves "If I had all that money would I not take over a football club? Then if I did take over a football club would I not give it lots of money to keep it going?". Maybe then the idiots would stop being so critical of Roman and start appriciating him more. If he hadn't come, considering the latest Glazer saga, then wouldn't Arsenal have just been champions year after year? That would really be destroying English football IMO.
  7. Michael Essien

http://skysports.planetfootball.com/list.a...nel=Premiership Changes his mind quickly I must admit...
  8. Ashley Cole

Why arsenal are letting who many describe as the best left back in the world go I don't know =/. I'd rather he went abroad as it would weaken arsenal for next year and not shake our good team spirit!
  9. Didier Drogba

He hasn't been great with injury this season, but next season if we don't buy 2 better strikers I think he could impress. I've watched some of his goals again and he's not to bad.
  10. Didier Drogba

He'd actually be a really amasing striker if jose teaches him how to shoot. He worked wonders on Joe Cole so I wouldn't say he can't on Drogba. Good for team spirit too. He's only just settled down in Enland, which is a very different country to France so give him time and he'll probably come through. On paper he isn't to bad either.
  11. Ashley Cole

Most proabably just bitter because we didn't sign him. Going to the meeting, recieving all the bad attention from the press, getting fined... Then hey presto we go after del horno!
