    Chelsea - who else?
  1. Ashley Cole

Well knock me down with a feather, England fans have seen sense at last. A richly deserved result for the best left back in the world.
  2. OFFICIAL - David Luiz Joins PSG.

Another fantastic signing. What a day! Wecome to Chelsea David.
  3. Wonderful news! Welcome to Chelsea Fernando.
  4. Ashley Cole

Excellent news, one of our best players. Well done Chelsea.
  5. Ashley Cole

I'll admit I thought l'Arse had the best of the deal in the Cole/Gallas swap (who's laughing now?) but Ash has completely turned that opinion on it's head. As proved yesterday, he is the best left back in the world. Just been on the official site looking at the Academy players and found this:,,10268~1663147,00.html "... It was a big error at the back by the visitors that allowed Stoch to open the scoring shortly after the break and in front of a watching Guus Hiddink and all the first team staff (plus Ashley Cole supporting the reserves once again), ... " Shock horror folks, it seems that Cashley, as a "supporter" on here so charmingly calls him, is not just interested in himself and money after all.
  6. Michael Essien

Official site 'I am really pleased to have extended my contract with Chelsea. I am very happy here; we have a great team and fantastic fans who have always made me welcome. With the addition of the new manager, I am feeling very positive about the season ahead.'
  7. Michael Essien

I agree, fantastic player, who has never moaned about being played out of position (unlike some we could mention). His current contract doesn't expire until 2012 apparently, so why extend it by another year now?
  8. Happy Birthday, BluesCruise!

  9. Didier Drogba

I wondered too, I assume he's lost someone close to him.
  10. Michael Essien

He's been excellent so far. You can see why he was nicknamed The Bison. He has real presence on the pitch and is going to be worth the money. As Hilario said, much rather have Essien than Gerrard.
  11. Didier Drogba

quote:Originally posted by tylerdurdenI was on a flight to Milan yesterday and this dude stares at me for the longest time and says, "Why are you flying to Milan, Drogba?" id="quote"> id="quote">LMAO!! Mystery solved!
  12. Gianfranco Zola

Welcome and thanks for the video, its excellent, what a talent he was. Keep up the good work!
  13. Michael Essien

Well impressed by him - as you say, with a bit of luck he could have scored a couple. Looks as though he's going to be worth the money.
  14. Michael Essien

Essien looked good yesterday. I'm quite excited by the prospect of what he can give us and look forward to seeing him play again. He's got real presence on the pitch.
  15. Didier Drogba

quote:Originally posted by JT26Some bloke in the fourth row having a go. No place for people like him at Chelsea. It's ok to criticise players after the game over a post match pint, but during the 90mins we need 40,000 people behind all 11 players on the pitch, whoever they are. id="quote"> id="quote">Absolutely right.
