  1. Chelsea 3 Arsenal 2

I’m always waiting for Alonso to lose his spot and to deliver world class moments. At the same time. He is like salt. Hard to understand something so ordinary can produce something so spectacular in a consistent manner
  2. Huddersfield 0 Chelsea 3

Rudiger was absolutely class. Seems to have adapted completely to the speed of the game and now looks so assured in all aspects. Seeing Kante make runs all over the field brought flashbacks to Ramires. I like Fabregas but heck it was really refreshing to see a player with that kind of tempo in a more advanced role. Weird not seeing the tall figure of Courtois at the back but Kepa kept it nice and tidy. Very curious to see how he deals with aerial balls and rough defenders.
  3. Ross Barkley

The signings of Baka and Drinkwater make more sense now. He is the ideal player, like Fabregas, for the third man to balance out the extreme defensive tendencies of a midfield with both Kante and Baka/Drinkwater.
  4. Putting my Dr Phil moustache on I will say that I THINK that Jose will be a lot more adventerous next season. By that I mean that we will see more risks being taken in bringing in youth and taking more risks in the style of play. I really believe that the pressure of having gone so long without a big title has made Jose super cautious and risk averse. The lack of rotation and low risk game plans is a reflection of that IMO. This is a subjective impression of course. People often think that Jose is a caution manager by nature but I disagree. He has shown time and time again that he is willing to take a lot of risk during a game. More so than many managers. He just draws a fine limit between taking risk and being completely careless. If we land the title, expect too see a ketchup effect with Jose. Rainbows will flow around him.
  5. Chelsea 3 Stoke City 0

It's very clear that Mourinho told the players that they were in for a hair dryer if they didn't give 100%. Because I didn't see a single player not press like a madman for 90 min.(Fresh legs like Matic and Salah helped of course)
  6. Chelsea 3 Stoke City 0

What gave you that impression, besides the beard?
  7. Eden Hazard

Imagine what level Hazard can reach if he adopts the mentality the likes of Ronaldo have to training. He has to be that dedicated if he wants to reach that level.
  8. Official: Juan Mata Leaves For Man United

Why didn't we sell him in the summer if Jose knew he would not fit into what we were doing? His value was never going to be higher than it was. I can't see us getting more than 25M£ for him now.
  9. Eden Hazard

Would be silly to leave. He can make a much greater impact in this league than in Spain imo.
  10. Non Chelsea: Premier League

Brendan Rodgers might be their best capture. He threw it away against Arsenal but overal quite impressive how he has these guys playing. No European football is a blessing in disguise for these lads
  11. Just keep Laudrup away from them
  12. Non Chelsea: Premier League

We should all be grateful that City are not well and clear in the lead by now. Their squad is amazing.
  13. Non Chelsea: Premier League

Absolutely shocking decision to let Lloris stay on the field after getting knocked out. I cannot believe AVB would risk the health of his player for one game.
  14. Official: Juan Mata Leaves For Man United

Expect him to feature a lot more now that the midtable games are coming up.
