You can also try here for live matches; http://www.radio-now.co.uk/listen_football.htm or http://www.socceraudio.com

A lot of people use PPPlive - if anyone needs to know how it works - read this thread; http://www.cfc-net.co.uk/forum/topic.asp?T...?TOPIC_ID=10569

They also use Sopcast - download the zip file here http://rapidshare.de/files/3962574/SopCast...st_032.zip.html and then extract to a folder - go into it and run Sopcast - it will open a window listing channels.

The closer we've gotten to this match, the more nervous I've become. The game against Everton was the least nervous I'd been ahead of a Chelsea match this season, after so many straight wins, and that one ended in a draw.

Previously, I'd thought we'd use plenty of players who hadn't got much playing opportunities so far, but now I'm not so certain.

I'd absolutely no problems going with Cudicini in goal, he's a great keeper and he wouldn't weaken the side. Gudjohnsen has played well in the few minutes he's gotten lately. At the start of the season, when he played in midfield, I thought he had unusually poor ball-control, giving the ball away all the time, but I think he's picked up some form. He could play in both midfield or as a forward. I also think Geremi could take care of things at right-back, he's very solid and does few mistakes overall. Huth could probably also get another match.

But then I'm not so certain anymore. Can Lassana Diarra deputise for Makelele in the holding midfield position? Charlton is playing well at the moment, perhaps that would be too risky. I consider Lampard to be a must in this side, providing goals from midfield and highly involved in creating chances with his wonderful short and long passes. Perhaps either Essien or Maka could be rested, but I wouldn't have rested both if we're serious about winning this one.

Mourinho has promised Carlton Cole some playing chances in the CC, but I'd put him on the bench to be honest and rather give Crespo the chance from start. Some difficult choices for Jose.

Although I'm backing the usual 4-3-3 tonight, I certainly wouldn't be shocked if Mourinho switches to a diamond to accomdate Crespo and Eidur, or Crespo and C Cole upfront.

Apart from that I feel we should do well. A few players with a point to prove to boot.

Yeah I agree... Charlton have 2 chances to win anything in any given year, and this is probably the most likely. Gonnabe a hard game, just hope Makelele doesn't get booked. Drogba either. But then again, I would not be surprised if Makelele didn't start.

In the press conference yesterday Steve Clarke confirmed that Gallas and Makelele will be rested. Not that this 100% rules them out.

So if Makelele is rested, will Essien or Diarra play as holding midfielder? I have to say I'd be more comfortable seeing Essien take that position, but of course we need to give Diarra chances at some point.

What about Bridge, is he ready to play again? Del Horno isn't actually playing as well as he did in his first few games, so if the trend continues perhaps Bridge thinks he can fight himself back into Jose's first-team.
