Ticket News For Busy January

Recommended Posts

From: TOCFCWS.

There is still a chance to buy tickets for three big home games this January including one semi-final.

Tickets for the Carling Cup semi-final against Everton on 8 January went on sale to members today at the reduced price of £20 for adults and £10 for juveniles and senior citizens in accordance with our pricing policy for domestic cup competitions.

Season-ticket holders and members will then be able to purchase an extra two tickets from tomorrow with a maximum of three tickets each, tickets will then go on general sale on Friday.

The Blues will be keen to seal a win against the Toffees after Tim Cahill stole a last minute equaliser when we faced them in the Barclays Premier League back in November.

The away supporters have been allocated the whole of the Shed End for this game so if you're normally singing your heart out in the Shed End you're encouraged to buy your tickets in the East Upper.

There you will be able to maintain the famous Shed End supporting style and assist with the singing from the Mathew Harding End, helping to boost the Blues to a home victory in the first leg of the Carling Cup semi-final.

Also on sale today are tickets for the Premier League clash with Reading on 30 January, but if you are hoping to visit Stamford Bridge before the end of the month there are still seats available for the London derby against Tottenham.

Tottenham have never won a Premier League game at Stamford Bridge and have not won here in any competition since 1990.

The last time Spurs visited the Bridge they almost broke one the of the most impressive records in football history though, forcing us into a dramatic two-goal comeback in last season's FA Cup quarter-final.

The game's result, which eventually finished 3-3, meant we travelled to White Hart Lane for a replay before securing our semi-final place against Blackburn after beating Tottenham 2-1.

This coming match will be the first time Chelsea have faced a Juande Ramos side under the assistance of former Chelsea player Gus Poyet.

If you want to come and help the Blues in our attempt to maintain this unbeaten record against our London rivals then tickets will go on general sale tomorrow.
