Everything in London will be very expensive mate. Better off finding a B&B or something similar rather than a hotel. or maybe staying outside of london and travelling in

On Lillie Road between West Brompton tube and the junction of North End Road there is an Ibis Hotel (I got a rate of GBP49 when I went over for the Man City match) and also the Hotel Lillie (around GBP55). These were the closest reasonable ones to the Bridge that I could find. Just around the corner on the North End Road is a Holiday Inn Express which is more expensive. Other than that it is probably the B&B.
