We all knew they would because:-

RIP ossie,

Just thinking about a great goal he scored against Derby County in the cup think we won 4-3 and Cloughie was there manager, Ossie had his back to goal with the ball at his feet at the shed end,

He turned to his left as if to shoot the keeper scrambled across to the left to cover.

He turned to his right as if to shoot the keeper scurried to his right to cover.

Ossie somehow managed a half turn to his left, wrapped his right foot round the ball and curled it in the bottom left hand corner just inside the post, the Derby keeper was still scurrying to the right. Brilliant.

The Shed exploded Ossie and the team celebrated. the Star was gleaming gain,
