Started and finished today's Europa League match for Atletico with a clean-sheet.

Have been reading colchoneros.com and they seem to be really impressed with him from his Europa League performance. They are also pissed because they now see he is better than Asenjo and Joel, their two other keepers, so he's probably gonna be a mainstay in their side even though they don't own him.

ish

yep alot of them dont know who to start anymore. I think it will be a call for big games courtois but smaller games one of their youth. his biggest problem is probably the stuff like coming out when needed, grabbing the loose ball and probably holding onto balls. excellent reflexes(some of the best I've seen) but no where close to the finished product, at 19 he is better then any goal keeper chelsea currently has on the book other then Cech in terms of shot stopping although I haven't seen enough of delac. very astute signing.

Don't know if this is the right thread, but he just got sent off after 20 minutes against Real when Atletico were 1-0 up. :(

very harsh red, penalty decision correct but he wasnt last man.

How tall is this guy?!! Couldn't believe how big he looked when he was walking off the pitch last night.

According to Wikipedia, he's 1.98m tall.

Harvz

I watched this. Debatable red for several reasons. The attacker ran into his arms more than he put out his arms and hit the man. There were two defenders in a position to be between the ball and the net by the time he'd controlled the ball too. Harsh.
