Taking The Pee Out Of Liverpool (For Khobar)

Recommended Posts

Paul Joyce of the Daily Excess on Klopp "He had wanted to see, feel and smell the arena for the first time".

No-one needs to visit Anfield to smell it. I can smell it from South London. To be fair to Paul Joyce he does now seem to realise that Pool are so dire they'll be very hard to fix which is a big improvement on the days when he was helping Slippy G masquerade as the club's saviour.

Klopp did ask for the fans to turn up and make some noise like the great European nights they have (!) Not sure which nights these are/were but the ones I recall they were very quite nights. Bit like last night. Dreadful team, dreadful supporters.

He failed and they failed. Brilliant.

If you take the first letter from each of these words, add them together, and that will give you an accurate assessment of Herr Klopps first game in charge at Anfield

Sorry to disappoint, but there is a "c" in Scheiße - so I suggest:

S hambolic
C autious
H opeless
E mpty
I nept
S pineless
S hameful
E mbarrassing

Can't think of any words beginning with a scharfes' S (ß)

It's a very common German naughty word- translates to excrement

Like it! Maybe there's life in the old thread yet!

Doesn't Klopp find it worrying that his team are playing at 98% capacity at the moment? So this is pretty much as good as it gets for the Scousers - a 1-1 draw against a 10 man team at home. Enjoy 'Kloppites'

Always a silver lining!

Yes indeed, although they have pulled away from us by a further point and we do face them in a relegation battle next weekend.
