Yes......all those better players they signed!

Also, with Tottenham, that advert they put up in the underground stations, "the only stadium in london where you can watch CL football this season".......and they will be out before the ground is even open!!! Muppets.

Have you been sending hundreds of anonymous emails to the ASA? 😉

"Tottenham have been warned by an advertising watchdog after a promotion which claimed their new stadium would be the "only place in London" to watch Champions League football this season. The Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) has sent the club an advice notice and told them to avoid making claims they cannot fulfil."

I suspect that when Liverpool beat bottom-placed Fulham, it will be another indication that it's their year. Pundits will be all excited. The pitch of the scouse accents will reach supersonic levels and compete with dog whistles and industrial machinery. We will have a round of let's toast Klopp (but not in a good way) and the usual "Salah is better than Messi" and "Should the England team be built around Jordan Henderson?" headlines that will dominate the week's press. Please, Fulham, you can save the nation from that.

Well well..... Dippers get the benefit of an identical offside call to the one we were denied recently but both pundits exclaim "he's onside".

Willian from the same position was "definitely offside".

The older I get, the less I understand the rules of this game.

Plus, Joe Gomez has twice held back Mitrovic from breaking away. The first time he did it both commentators, including McMananaman, admitted that he should have had a yellow. Always a yellow.

The second time he did it, and was finally given a yellow, there was silence from the commentary box on how he was still on the pitch.

DANIEL STURRIDGE has denied gambling on football after he was charged by the FA for breaching betting rules.

The Liverpool striker has been found guilty of misconduct for placing bets in January 2018 - after the winter transfer window had opened.

According to reports, Sturridge has been stung for betting on transfers of players and managers and is believed to have used a third party.

The 29-year-old could now face a fine and lengthy ban depending on the severity of the incident.

Klopp looks like and acts the village idiot. Starting to really become tedious.

I didn’t see the game but couldn’t help to notice that there was +4 minutes extra time whereas Origi scores in 90+6 mins...

Did anyone one see the game?

Yep.  The ref kept the game going until they scored.

They scored about a minute over. Absolute joke of a goal too. As others have said, the shot looked like it went out of play over the bar before England's number one knocked it back into play.

The sounds of celebration in the commentary box were a thing to behold.

Probably something to do with Gueye sitting down time wasting for over two minutes during injury time pretending to be hurt.

Credit has to go to the linesman for making the correct call, cleared up on replay.
