Leafy SW19 for me.

Can't really class it as dodgy.

In its darkened alleyways, your more likely to receive a shares tip than get mugged.

Up here in Northern North of England (aka Scotland) we've been having a bit of weather (you may have heard about it). In Carlisle, just to the south of where I live things are even worse. Carlisle United's ground is under water (again) and the players have tweeted that after training today they are free to help anyone out in the local community who needs assistance sorting out problems caused by the flooding. I wonder how many of our players would do something similar?

9,466. Better than 14% of areas. Didn't realise I was the forum pleb!! Anyone know what barriers to services is? We're 9% here

I believe it means how easy or hard it is for you to access (council funded) services such as home helps, care assistants, crèches etc.

Makes sense, but doesn't sound right for our area, to be fair. McDonnell is our MP. Before he went in the shadow cabinet, he was always about here, listening to residents and actually doing stuff. My grandparents have had fantastic help, for instance.
