Planning a trip with my wife

Recommended Posts

I've been on the site for a few years now but never had the chance to get to London.

Seems work will allow that this year.

Does anyone have a best practice on how to get tickets to two matches?

I know I can join the ticket list on the CFCnet site here.

Any other suggestions?

I will be there in January.

Thx.

I am in a similar situation. The wife and I will be travelling to London around the Christmas holiday and I am hoping we can catch Watford at home (Dec. 26) and ManUnited away (Dec. 28). I've been a few times to the Bridge and am confident that I can get tickets for Watford, but the United away game may take some work.

If the two games you want to go to are relatively low demand, the best thing to do would be to buy two memberships from the club and buy the tickets from the box office when they go on sale about a month earlier. However, high-demand games such as City, Arsenal or Liverpool may only be available to season-ticket holders or members with lots of loyalty points, so your membership probably wouldn't help you. In that case, the best thing to do is to network, get the word out to as many supporters as possible that you are going to these games, and hope someone has tickets available.

Good luck.
