You could see the directions coming from the touch line when you're there, that might not be picked up by TV.

Yes I know - basically Fabregas started to play AMR
My point was simply that if a player (who frequently covers the most distance in a game, albeit not at top pace) is able to make that kind of sharp run at that point of the game, he is probably a lot fitter and more mobile that some here give him credit for.

This highlight clip shows the move, but not that Fabregas starts in his own half on the right.

Fabregas isn't a quick runner - never has been. His fitness levels are top notch though and he often covers more ground than anyone else.
