I reckon something like this over the next three games;

West Ham (A - PL)

Arrizabalaga - Azpilicueta, Rüdiger, Luiz, Alonso - Kanté, Jorginho, Barkley - Willian, Giroud, Hazard

Subs: Caballero, Zappacosta, Christensen, Loftus-Cheek, Kovacic, Moses, Morata

Liverpool (A - LC)

Caballero - Zappacosta, Ampadu, Christensen, Emerson - Loftus-Cheek, Fabregas, Kovacic - Moses, Morata, Hudson-Odoi

Subs: Bulka, Azpilicueta, Cahill, Drinkwater, Barkley, Willian, Giroud

Liverpool (H - PL)

Arrizabalaga - Azpilicueta, Rüdiger, Luiz, Alonso - Kanté, Jorginho, Kovacic - Willian, Giroud, Hazard

Subs: Caballero, Zappacosta, Christensen, Fabregas, Barkley, Moses, Morata

Really hope Pedro isn't out for long.

Warning signs are there re this game, we have been just a little less intense in the past two matches and the Hammers got there first win last week. They are always up for it against us could easily be a draw this one.

The team are only just leaving Greece - bad weather affected their flight home.

Not good when you've got an early game on Sunday...

I never wish injury on anyone, but would not be sorry to see Arnautovic or Javier Hernandez miss out.

I think we will win  though agree this fixture is one that could spring a surprise and one that is not helped by the delay returning from Greece.

This game worries me. I feel like it has a few ingredients to make it a frustrating day for us...

  • Chelsea coming back off a Thursday night game in Greece (delayed as well)
  • West Ham coming off the back of the first win of the season
  • This is one of West Ham's cup finals
  • We've only beaten them twice in the last 7 attempts

West Ham will be so up for this and they will not let us settle and so it will be interesting to see how we react, our players won't get much time on the ball at all - Luiz worries me in this one! However I'm still hoping a fully rested Hazard will make the difference for us.

I expect to see:

Kepa

Azpilicueta Rudiger Luiz Alonso

Kante Jorginho Barkley

Willian Giroud Hazard

Subs: Caballero, Zappacosta, Christensen, Fabregas, RLC, Moses, Morata

I'd like to see CHO make the bench with Pedro out, but I think he'll still opt for Moses ahead of him for the time being.

My heart says 2-0 Chelsea, my head says 1-1.

Is Kovacic not available yet?  I'd have thought he'd be ahead of any other 3rd midfielder (unless there is a pattern switch to Fabregas).
CHO is a cutting edge, Zappacosta and Moses are safe hands.  I'd have said CHO and one of those would make more sense and give more options.

But I guess it will be Zappa + Kovacic/Barkley on the bench.
Agree on other 10
