Loftus-Cheek mom again.

He simply must be starting regularly now.

The problem for Loftus is that many of the players around him aren't up to his standard.

RLC and Kovacic different class today. Defence was also pretty solid. Never gave them a clear cut chance which is impressive for such a good attacking team as Bournemouth. Needed the golden boy to help us out in the end. Willian and Barkley not impressive.

Surely that should read Gormless Moron?

I want to know what drugs he's on. Must be something strong!

Anyway, to the game... Willian as frustrating as ever, RL-C very impressive, Kovacic very clever, Rudiger a rock, and thank a non-existent deity for Hazard!

Spurs through 2-0. Deli Ali hit by an coin from Arsenal fan. Spurs throw bananas , Arsenal throw coins but we know who the pantomime villains will be.

Edit: it was a bottle

MotM is between Kovacic and RLC, both were very good today and Kovacic showed that he has been playing the the wrong position as No.6 is his best role. RLC was very good in the RWF position and really needs to be starting games as he has played well enough to deserve a start. Christensen and Emerson were decent wnough but I do not think good enough to replace either Alonso and Luiz. Kepa seems to also be growing into the role as he has started coming for balls and has shown he is a very good shot stopper when completely switched on. Dave and Rudi were Dave and Rudi.

As for Barkley he was poor, as he was way too conservative with all his play. Giroud was his usual statuesque self, while Willian again put in a performance were you have to question his decision making and incisiveness in the final third. I honestly do not understand how he has never improved this when compared to the rest of his game.
