Well that’s another issue. Sarri has been dealt the squad at his disposal. The question is whether he’s getting the best out of this squad of players. I’d say that’s open to debate.

It's not a debate - he clearly doesn't. But the club that hired him would surely, surely, know what type of manager they were hiring? One would certainly hope so at least...

He plays Sarri-ball and does it well if he has players that are able. If he wants to implelement a new style he has to play his game no? What point is there to hire Sarri and have him play a slow, reactive and pragmatic brand of football and fail with that? He was clear from day one - he'll live or die with his style. The club knew it, the fans (who bothered to listen) should know it too. Maybe the club should be looking a little bit further ahead then the next transfer window when they plan what to do. We've lacked stewardship and leadership at this club for ages. That's why we are here. Not because Sarri aren't getting a tune out of this lot.

They've brought on David Silva , Jesus and Mahrez . We've brought on Kovacic who's a loanee , Emerson and Loftus meek .

is it any wonder they're better than us ?

Who is recruiting these players and on whose say so ?

Keeping Conte on was made impossible, mostly because he was an absolute wanker over his last 12 months here. He gave the club no choice.

We know that Luiz said he would have left if Conte stayed, and we definitely would have lost Willian as well. Maybe would have lost Morata as well... but would any of those players leaving be considered a disaster in hindsight?

100% we have really dropped off in recruiting players, and sold the wrong ones.

And the players are paid to do what exactly? Pick their noses and check their bank accounts? Get out of here, this is embarrassing for a set of professionals who do this for a living.

Weren't you the one who has claimed you liked Sarri and how we were trying to play a different brand of football? I get that fans are fickle, but the one common denominator for the failure of our last three managers is the players. But hey, easier to sack the man in charge end pretend everything is dandy I suppose. Got us here hasn't it? Let me give you a clue - it won't get us any further than where we are right now.

I'm sorry, but Sarri as a manager is fundamentally and totally flawed - playing players out of position, playing players who are not up to the task. In what planet is Jorginho suited to the centre of defence in our midfield? Remove your silly fanboy glasses and have some objectivity for a minute. No team in the PL would make sense of this shite

Don't agree with squad being the problem alone..  Sarri needed to be wise about it pick games to be expansive and games to be pragmatic..  This is an embarrassment

of course it's embarrassing, but where any of the 5 goals down to tactical naivety? No, they were down to supposedly good enough players switching off. I'm not absolving Sarri of any blame (for Kante etc) but this result is 100% down to the players not doing their job. a new manager won't change anything

Who's out of position? We play 433.

The Napoli chairman told us what we were getting and he was right.
