Teams have had 1, 2 and 3 players sent off and yet none have ever lost 9 nil at home on top flight history.

Quite.  Worst ever PL loss at home was Forest 1 Man U  8
Some bloke called  Ole Gunnar Solskjaer getting on early as 71 min sub and scoring 4.
No sendings off but Forest had Dave Beasant as keeper - a month before his 40th birthday.
Forest finished bottom, Man U were champions.  Southampton won't finish bottom this year, and Leicester won't win the league.  Dreadful result.

Generally an early sending off means the game just closes up, and a really high score becomes very unlikely.

Very ugly foul by Bertrand btw.

Doesn’t compute, Droy, if Soton lost 0:9 to Leicester in the Prem. Please explain what you mean?

Hmm,,Soton basically went through the motions and Leicester this year a side that can inflict damage given an edge.

Our result is not cheapened by this scoreline in fact especially at the time the Leicester draw looks much better,

Long way to go and my only gripe is that Vardy got "cheap" (well taken) goals for the leading goalscorer charts.
