Chilwell was already injured when he signed.

Ziyech is the only fresh injury, isn't he? Twisted his knee in the friendly. Pulisic actually appears to be back ahead of schedule.

Regardless, it did feel like we had quite a lot of injuries last season whilst certain other clubs were particularly fortunate on that front. It's frustrating but I do recall a couple of seasons not long ago where we barely had any ourselves.

Wouldnt be hugely surprised to see this end up similar to the friendly match the other week with honours shared. With our new signings we will be a target this season with opponents badly wanting to beat us. I think this will be a tight game.

The starting lineup will be similar to the friendly except Mount in for Ziyech on the wing and Havertz over RLC. Left back will be Alonso.

Don't forget about Gilmour too.

Hope not - this is an away day banker if the club wants to improve on last season.

Mr Potter's team is not that good

I agree with RobertoftheGiz, we really need to be winning these games, the nominally "easy" games as our major competitors don't seem to struggle.

That said I'm expecting our quality to overcome their organisation.

If Kepa starts and throws one in then....
