A real damp squib ! We need major improvements in the summer, starting with the manager, who has shown an arrogant disregard for the traditions and characteristics of English football. Utterly lacking in tactical insight. We can definitely do better than him.

Yeah lets get back on the managerial train. Who is left for us to chew up and spit out. Sarri again? Maybe Allegri for a year before we moan about his style of football.

Guy's earned a preseason and full season with reinforcements he wants.

Ridiculous. Saved by Spurs. That really sucks.

Does it? Personally, I find the irony very, very sweet.

You should have heard the commentary at the Leicester game, when Leicester thought they had scored at 2-3, but was offside, the commentator screamed it's in..., and when Bale strolled forward and walked the ball in...Not a word..

so biased it's untrue

TT HAVING A GO AT THE REF, he's got some front, we were crap AGAIN, PLAY LIKE THIS AGAINST CITY AND WE WILL GET SLAUGHTERED

He's having a go at the ref because their bent decisions cost us the win. It's happening every week and I for one am happy that he's having a go at them every week.

Ridiculous. Saved by Spurs. That really sucks. We should have won this easily, but as we have often seen under Tuchel we simply don’t score enough.

23 shots, 20 chances created, 7 of the classified as big chances and an xG of 3,34 vs Villas 1,04 yet we lose 2-1.

Plus, Villa handles the ball twice in the box (none given), the offside line being ridiculously badly drawn for the disallowed goal and a ref who has protected and given Grealish a carte Blanche to act in whatever manner he sees fit with no punishment. Instead he red cards Azpi.

****ing hell. It’s so bent it’s unreal.

Spot on.  It's a draw if you count the incorrectly called offside.

Plus, Azpi was clearly shrugging Grealish off and didn't even look at him. Bullsh1t red.

It does .

Especially when things go against them sixty times a game .

Unfairly.

Things went against our 04-12 team. Many things, but they still showed balls and fight. This team has a bottle type mentality and it’s worrying. I get the ref decisions are clearly bias but it’s not the reason why these guys are soft.

But not a bad return on investment, eh?

Not saying that. We've done well and Jose did well at the time. But the way he went about business has branded us in the long term. City are not looked at in the same way because of how Pep conducts himself. You don't see multiple wrong decisions going against city...

Football is so fickle, if by some miracle we win next week this team will have achieved great things and Tuchel is a mastermind lol

Well, with so much antipathy and ref descitions against us, and all lost chances, I think we shall be proud reaching two cupfinals and secure 4th place.

Proud, of course, but that should not let us think all is well with the team. Also, those 2 finals mean little if we lose them both.

Don't get me wrong, we're not far off, but we are at least 2 if not 3 key signings away from being where we want to be IMO, fighting for titles.
