I guess its going to be RLC and Jorgi in the middle Tuchel has said in previous press conferences that he's not going to make pronouncements on how long a player may be out... he's happy to confirm who is and isn't available for the next game, but that's as far as it goes. Over the last few months the first question has been about who is injured and who is available, and the following questions about other matters, because they know given the 15 minutes they're allocated, it's pointless asking questions that'll just elicit blank responses. Droy was my hero Report post Posted December 3, 2021 (edited) 30 minutes ago, Diddymen said: dont understand why nobody asks why its such a long lay off for Kova?! I think TT has surgically attached a pole to his neck and down his back and has got him running around with his head up for 2 more months (the summer training worked pretty well: 1 goal 5 assists in 8 appearances vs 1 goal and 6 assists in 3 seasons). More seriously I think most players injured before Christmas automatically gets a 1 month rest followed by high intensive training, much like pre-season, to get them ready for the remainder of the season. In 3 months, October, November, December, I'd say our only big match was Juve at home. Kante and jorginho started (though Kante came off after 35 and Jorginho at 75 when the game was won). That is 1 key game out of 20 December is tough - in that we have 9 games. But no big opponents and it includes Zenit in CL and Brentford in LC. RLC will be absolutely exhausted by Christmas. Sharp end of the season begins January : first 3 games are Liverpool, Chelsea, Spurs. Then it is last 16 CL from mid-Feb. My Blood Is Blue Report post Posted December 3, 2021 Based on availability (and presuming everyone who isn't out is actually fit to start), this is who I would pick: Mendy Christensen - Silva - Rudiger James - Jorginho - Mount - Pulisic CHO - Lukaku - Ziyech Subs: Kepa, Azpi, Sarr, Alonso, RLC, Barkley, Saul, Havertz, Werner This isn't the team I expect to play though, I think Alonso, RLC and Havertz will start ahead of Pulisic, Ziyech and Lukaku. I really hope Lukaku plays though and finds the net, we need him to start banging in the goals asap.

didierforever Report post Posted December 4, 2021 And for multiple Watford chances, giving away the ball 3-4 times in the first 5 minutes. So I would rather have a decent player than a lucky one
