  4. Quick Jokes

I could never work in the Jobcentre. Imagine if you got fired! You'd still have to show up the next day...
  5. Musical Tastes

The view were fantastic last night, covered Cigarettes and Alcohol too! Fantastic gig!
  6. Musical Tastes

Yeah I'm really looking forward to it! I'll enjoy the Glasgow gig but I don't think I'll enjoy it as much as I enjoyed their set at TITP, I mean I'd ALWAYS Wanted to see them since Employment came out, they'd came to Dundee, Edinburgh,Glasgow and for whatever reason I didn't go, so when they played TITP I just went proper crazy for them. They didn't dissapoint! The View Tomorrow night at Perth Concert Hall, words can't describe my excitement, going to be absolutly mega!
  7. Musical Tastes

Got a ticket for Kaiser Chiefs in Glasgow next year. Very excited! If they are as good as were at TITP then it will be a good concert! :D
  8. Musical Tastes

    Really love the La's! :)
  9. Musical Tastes

Definitely! Such a good live band. Met them before the Glasgow gig in May, Top people too!
  10. Musical Tastes

My Tickets for the Enemy gig in Dundee in October arrived this morning. Words can't contain my excitement, if they are anywhere near as good as the two times I saw them previously then we should be in for a treat.
  11. Musical Tastes

Aye, so how could I describe just how good Noel Gallagher was again last night?! Amazing,Fantastic, Mind-blowingly good, and that still doesn't do the gig justice! Seriously amazing. Beautiful setting, fantastic setlist, only dissapointment was that he didn't play Importance of being Idle. Would have given anything for Live Forever, but that's just me. He did however do Let The Lord Shine a light on me! That was brilliant! Roll on The View in September in Perth then The Enemy in October in Dundee!
  12. Musical Tastes

Only did two days at TITP (Lost my rucksack with my ticket in it last night) bit gutted - if there's anything good to come out of it, at least I saw Noel and the Stone Roses! Both were amazing. Noel did a very good set, although his guitar was playing up during Record Machine so didn't get to hear that. Was in the Front Pit for Noel, had to get out before the Roses as I could hardly breathe The Stone Roses were simply unbelievable. I couldn't quite believe it was happening. They were fantastic. I actually can't say much else apart from that! All the classics were performed and they were on form! Snow Patrol on Friday night headlining were brilliant too. Chasing Cars was amazing, as was 'Run'. Lisa Hannigan and Ed Sheeran joined them on Stage. Not a big fan of Ed Sheeran but he was very good. Florence and the Machine were on before Snow Patrol on Friday night, I'm a really big fan, and she was fantastic. No Light, No Light and 'Dog days are over' were amazing. Saw the Kaiser Chiefs on Friday afternoon. I went proper crazy for them, I had waited 7 years to see them, so went proper mental for them. The View opened on Saturday, I enjoyed it but would have enjoyed it a lot more had it not been chucking it down with Rain. Seeing them at the Concert Hall in Perth in September. All in all a good two days. Only downer was the rain and losing the ticket.
  13. Musical Tastes

They were immense on Friday night at the Barrowlands. Not the best quality of recording but it shows quite effectivly how good the band were! Also met the band in the afternoon at an HMV Signing, got the new album signed, so yeah it was a good day!Possibly the Roses at Heaton park in June then TITP in July as well as Noel at the Castle! Excited for them all.
  14. Musical Tastes

    The Enemy last night! Wow.
  15. Musical Tastes

Haven't been on this in ages! Miles Kane was unreal in Dundee. Was a great night, he did pretty much all of the first album. Plus a few new tracks! Eugene McGuiness supported and he was class! The Enemy on the 25th at the Barrowlands in Glasgow.Looking forward to that one, and their new album is out a few days before. It's my final exam that morning, so should be a great day! My T In the Park ticket arrived yesterday, Beyond excited for that - Seeing Noel Gallagher and the Stone Roses on the same day will be amazing. Kasabian on the Sunday too! :D
  16. Musical Tastes

Miles Kane in Dundee a week tomorrow! Excited isn't the word.
  17. Musical Tastes

After hearing that Mastadon would be at T in the Park, and hearing that they are apparantly really good, my mate gave me thier CDs and I've heard a few of their tracks so far, I really like them! EDIT - Also gave the 'Blackout' a listen. If your into Scream, loud rock, Heavy rock, then it's your band, otherwise, stay clear. I learned that the hard way!
  18. Chelsea Reserve & Youth Team

I've seen contrasting views about the Mellis situation. I'm of the view that Chelsea were justified in the decsion made. I've seen the arguement of 'a bit of fun' etc, that's not right. There's a discipline at any club, even more so,at a club like Chelsea. So yeah, the club were right.
  19. Musical Tastes

Right an updated post: Spoke to my dad who said he's gonna get me tickets for the saturday and sunday for my 18th! :D Seriously the line up is immense. Saturday includes Stone Roses, Noel Gallagher,The Vaccines and Pete Doherty! Sunday is mega too, Kasabian headlining, Happy Mondays, The Enemy, Miles Kane! As a result I might still be able to go to Heaton Park to see the Stone Roses!
  20. Musical Tastes
