Strangely it took an attempt to publicly devour Ivanovic's arm before Suarez received a similar level of vitriol from the media. Fernadicko at Man City gets away with something most games until they start playing in Europe.
  2. Non Chelsea: Premier League

Not the best week for City is it?
  3. Media / Press

Nice character assasination of Costa by McNulty. I've read more favourable descriptions of criminals. No doubt the first of many before the day is out.
  4. Khobar's Legacy

Shame that the media has been able to largely ignore Pool's woeful start due to our own. if we beat Arsenal they'll probably move on to Wenger before the people's club gets the criticism it so richly deserves.
  5. Media / Press

Yes but I don't pay a tax for that crap and I have all of them but thanks for taking the time to educate me.
  6. Khobar's Legacy

Indeed. For all that is good about football we need LFC to go bankrupt in spectacular style. I won't be happy until that advert from a few years back with the nauseating tyke is remade and Acrington Stanley is replaced with Liverpool. "Liv-a-pool Ooo R day?" Dunno kid may as well support a big club like Acrington Stanley.
  7. Non Chelsea: Champions League

Whatever they say it can't be a painful as watching BT Sports with St Gerrard and Rio plus Gary Lineker disect it. Wonder if we'll have these 3 for our game tomorrow? If so I'm glad I'm going to the game.
  8. Non Chelsea: Champions League

But hark what is that sound? Is it the sound of wheels coming off the Manchester City bandwagon? Come on Juve.
  9. Khobar's Legacy

Dear oh dear. Ex Liverpool commentator on the Man U ECL game and another on the Man C game. Is it a BT Sports stipulation there must be ex-scum covering all ECL games. I'm not going to risk checking out the other games tonight.

A wonderfully balanced and intelligent piece of journalism from the Blatantly Biased Corporation's Bent someone today. It must be worrying for such a talentless hack that the TV tax will inevitably end because there is no way a commercial organisation would waste advertising revenue employing such a sad excuse for a reporter.
  11. Khobar's Legacy

It's a sign of how bad Liverpool are that the Daily Excess's David Fairclough and Sammy Lee love child - Paul Joyce has stopped defending them and is now concentrating on a career in Chelsea bashing. I appreciate that it must be very exciting for him to see the Scum above us in the table but I wouldn't get used to it Paul.
  12. Transfer Talk Topic

Agree and we are getting marked down for not splashing the cash.
  13. Transfer Talk Topic

Very good sir, I may have to make use of your stratagem.
  14. Transfer Talk Topic

To avoid being stuck wearing a shirt with STONES on the back for the Macabi game, I have cunningly purchased a blue felt tip pen and am hoping someone on these boards called TONE may be interested. I'll knock a fiver off if it helps?
  15. Khobar's Legacy

Just imagining how much gloating We could have done with Pool getting done at home to a **** team if we hadn't done the same. Thank goodness for the international break.
  16. Non Chelsea: Premier League

Newcastle are so low on my radar that I honestly can't remember who their manager is and can't even be bothered to google it. Bugger it! just checked the match on BBC site and found out.
  17. Khobar's Legacy

I see this week's mugging victim for Liverpool is West Ham. What will it be this week an injury time winner, an offside goal or dubious penalty.
  18. Khobar's Legacy

0-0 and I feel dirty for saying it but, a very entertaining game.
  19. Media / Press

Indeed. Being positive about Chelsea often feels like being a member of an anti state faction. I would not be surprised to see a rolling caption on SKY news announcing that a hate cell named Chelsea TV has been foiled by UK media Intelligence forces and David Cameron coming on to say "We must remember that football is a beautiful game and it's only a very small minority that support Chelsea. Together we can drive these individuals out of the game by working together to protect our Liverpool history, our Man United beliefs and our Arsenal way-of-life.
  20. Khobar's Legacy

Hoping for a draw in the Arse-Poo fixture with a lorra lorra red cards.
  21. Non Chelsea: Premier League

Watching City v Everton I have thus far seen a flamboyant dive from Aguero which seemed to draw no comment from the pundits, an Everton goal harshly ruled out for offside and a typical cynical foul from Fernadicko receive the customary yellow card only.
  22. Official: Pedro Signs For Chelsea

    Absolute joy to watch today.
  23. Media / Press

Lousise Redknapp's husband on the Pedro goal at HT. " He gets a bit lucky". Lucky? Only in that he has a playing career he can be proud of littered with trophies rather thanone of an underachieving ex-player reduced to inarticulate punditry by virtue of having a famous wife, Dad and cousin.
  24. Khobar's Legacy

Paul Joyce back on form in the Excess with a big piece about Liverpool's Joe Gomez. But, to be fair to the lad himself he is quoted as saying "It's only 2 games. I haven't done anything yet". Which kind of sums up the media's Liverlovefest.
